All our project are assessed for providing Apprenticeships, Work Experience or tasters in construction. All of our contractors sign up to our “Constructing Futures Promise” which opens the doors to our college and school partners to get involved. All of our young people leave the experience with a true understanding of the industry and we know they will make a positive impact on the industry in years to come.
We believe in opportunities for all. We actively work with colleges and schools to give work experience and employment opportunities to those who may find it hard to achieve their aims. We give priority to those who need it and take great pride in seeing young people on Traineeships and other support programmes progress and succeed.
Sport is in our businesses DNA. We admire the work of our professional sportsmen across the region. Be it Rugby, Football or any other sport, we know that there comes a time when professional sportsmen need that little bit of help to transition into their second career. Rest Assured Interiors offer an annual grant to young professional sportspeople to pursue their second career options.We also offer work experience and networking services to give real world experience to support the transition from professional sport to a new and prosperous career. RAI can offer a bursary in times of need. If a sportsman needs immediate support, we are there to help them transition to their chosen career.
We know our planet is under pressure. We have to do our bit to help stem the change. Our local carbon offsetting scheme is about making a difference locally and having a positive impact on climate change. For every project we deliver, we plant a native tree in the Devon countryside. It’s a simple philosophy. No complicated mathematical formulas or confident claims from us. 1 room = 1 tree.
